Wickliffe is the home of The Coulby Mansion and Park built between 1911 and 1913 by Harry C. Coulby who was in shipping and Wickliffe’s first mayor. The mansion is on the National Register of Historic Places. It currently serves as Wickliffe’s City Hall. The population of Wickliffe was 13,484 at the 2000 census. It covers a total area of 4.7 square miles.
